Ingredients

  • 1 - Cucumber
  • 1 - Carrot (medium sized)
  • 1 - Capsicum
  • 1 - Tomato
  • 1 - boiled Potato
  • 1 - Cabbage (small)
  • 1 - cup sprouted moong dal (par-boiled)
  • 1 cup - sprouted kala Channa (boiled, optional)
  • 1/2 kg - sweet Curd
  • 1 tsp - pepper
  • 1 tsp - Jeera powder, freshly made
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander, finely chopped

How to Make Cocktail Raita

  • Dice all vegetables into small pieces.
  • Add pepper, salt, and a little coriander to the curd, and beat it nicely.
  • Mix all diced vegetables and sprouts into curd. If you like, you can add chopped green chilli too.
  • Garnish with jeera powder and coriander and serve chilled.
