Ingredients

  • 1 - papaya
  • 1 - mango
  • 1 - banana
  • 1 - pineapple
  • 1- pomegranate
  • 1/2 cup - sprouted whole grams (green gram, channa)
  • 1/4 tsp - black pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup - soya bean
  • 1 - cucumber
  • 2 - tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup - peanut
  • 1/4 cup - badam
  • 1/2 cup - corn off the cob
  • 2 - onions
  • 2 cloves - garlic
  • 1 tsp - lemon juice
  • 1 tsp - honey
  • 1 tsp - olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp - salt

How to Make Cocktail Salad

  • Wash all the fruits and peel the skin. Cut them into pieces.
  • Soak all the grams for a day and let them sprout.
  • Soak the badams overnight and peel the skin.
  • Cut cucumber, onions, garlic and tomatoes into pieces.
  • Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients.
  • Add lemon juice, honey, olive oil, salt and black pepper powder, and mix them well.
  • Makes a wholesome breakfast.
