Ingredients

  • 1.25 cup - gram flour
  • 1.25 cup -ghee
  • 1.5- 2 cups -sugar
  • 1 cup -milk
  • 8-10 tsp -cocoa powder

How to Make Cocoa Burfi

  • Mix cocoa powder in lukewarm milk. Mix it well without any lumps.
  • In a heavy bottomed pan, mix all the ingredients and then keep it on the stove.
  • Keep stirring the mixture and once it starts leaving the sides of the pan, place it on a greased tray and cut into pieces.
  • Serve hot or cold.
