Ingredients

  • 1 - egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp - Butter
  • 2 tbsp - Sugar
  • 1/2 cup - Milk
  • 1/2 cup - dry Coconut powder
  • Sift together:
  • 2 tbsp - cocoa
  • 1 cup - Maida
  • 1 tbsp - baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

How to Make Cocoa-Egg Muffins

  • In a bowl, mix butter and sugar till creamy.
  • Add egg and beat well
  • Add milk, and sifted mixture
  • Add coconut powder and mix well
  • Grease the muffin tins and sprinkle some flour
  • Pour the egg mixture in the tins
  • Bake in hot oven for 25 min at 400 degrees F.
