Ingredients

  • 1 - egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp - butter
  • 2 tbsp - sugar
  • 1/2 cup - milk
  • 1/2 cup - dry coconut powder
  • Sift together:
  • 1/2 tsp - cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp - cocoa
  • 1 cup - maida
  • 1 tbsp - baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp - grated chocolate for garnishing

How to Make Cocoa Muffins

  • In a bowl, mix butter and sugar till creamy. Add egg and beat well.
  • Add milk, and sifted mixture.
  • Add coconut powder and mix well.
  • Grease the muffin tins and sprinkle some flour.
  • Pour the egg mixture in the tins.
  • Garnish with grated chocolate.
  • Bake in hot oven for 25 mins at 400 F.
