Ingredients

  • 150 g - cottage cheese, mashed
  • 50 g - khoya
  • 100 g - Gur
  • 1/2 cup - coconut, desiccated
  • 1/4 cup - almonds, chopped
  • For garnishing:
  • Desiccated Coconut
  • Almonds and Cherries - 10 each

How to Make Coconut Almond Sandesh

  • Melt gur ( jaggery) on a low flame and remove from fire.
  • Add cottage cheese, khoya, desiccated coconut and chopped almonds.
  • Shape into rounds and flatten with palms.
  • Roll in desiccated coconut and decorate with almonds and cherries.
