Coconut and Banana Kulfi is a lip-smacking dessert that you wouldn't be content with one. An unique vegetarian recipe, this kulfi is made with banana and coconut milk. Follow this step-by-step instructions to make this easy and simple kulfi.


  • 1.5 cups - Low fat Yoghurt
  • 2 - Bananas, very ripe
  • 1/2 cup - Low fat Milk
  • 1/2 cup - Thin Coconut Milk
  • 3 tbsp - Honey
  • 3/4 cup - Unsweetened Coconut flakes
  • How to Make Coconut and Banana Kulfi:

    1. Place the yoghurt, bananas, milk, coconut milk and honey in a blender.
    2. Blend until smooth.
    3. Stir in coconut flakes, then re-cover the blender and pulse briefly to combine.
    4. Put the pureed mixture evenly into the moulds and dislodging any air bubbles that may have formed.
    5. Cover the mould and freeze until completely firm, at least 5 hours.
