  • 1 tsp - baking powder
  • 100 g - butter
  • 1/4 kg - coconut desiccated
  • 6 - eggs
  • 1/4 kg - rava
  • 5 ml - rose essence
  • 1/2 kg - sugar
  • 1.5 cup - water

How to Make Coconut Cake with Egg

  • Boil sugar in 1 cup of water; add rava, desiccated coconut and butter.
  • When it cools add the beaten eggs and bake till done.
