  • 500 g - Cashew nuts
  • 750 g - Jaggery
  • 1 - coconut, grated finely
  • 2 tbsp - Ghee
  • 1 tsp - vanilla essence
  • How to Make Coconut Cashew Burfi:

    1. Soak cashew nuts in cold water for 1 hour.
    2. Drain cashew nuts and grind with grated coconut to a thin paste.
    3. Melt jaggery in a cup of water and heat to form a syrup.
    4. Stir in the ground paste, ghee and essence.
    5. Stir till mixture is semi-solid. Remove from heat and spread mixture evenly on a plate.
    6. Cut into desired shapes.
