Ingredients

  • 200 g - boneless chicken, cut into 2 inch pieces
  • 1.5 cup - desiccated coconut, powdered
  • 1.5 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 1.5 tsp - Ginger paste
  • 1.5 tsp - pepper
  • 1.5 tsp - cumin powder
  • 3 tsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp - Corn flour
  • 1.5 tsp - salt
  • 8 inch round, 1" deep dish or any microwavable plate
  • How to Make Coconut Chicken Kababs:

    1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces
    2. In a bowl add chicken and all other ingredients except coconut. Mix well.
    3. Let it marinate for 2-3 hours at room temperature.
    4. Pick kababs one by one and roll into the coconut, so that they are fully coated with it.
    5. Place on a dish in a ring and micro high 2 minutes.
    6. Let it stand for 1-2 minutes.
    7. Remove to a serving plate and serve hot.
