Ingredients

  • 2 - dry Red Chillies
  • 1 - small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - Tamarind paste
  • 1 cup - grated Coconut
  • A pinch - salt
  • 3 - medium size pieces of good dry fish

How to Make

  • Wash the dry fish well.
  • Shallow fry the pieces in a little oil, till light brown.
  • Break into bits and keep aside.
  • Grind coconut, salt, onion, red chillies and tamarind with a little water, till smooth.
  • Add the fried bits of salt fish and mix well.
