  • 2 cups - desiccated coconut
  • 2 cups - milk
  • 4 - eggs
  • 2 tbsp - sugar

How to Make Coconut Custard

  • Boil the milk and the desiccated coconut together.
  • Keep aside to cool.
  • Beat the eggs and the sugar together till frothy then mix in the cold milk and coconut.
  • Mix well.
  • Pour into a custard bowl and steam till the custard is cooked.
  • Serve cold.
