How to Make

  • Drain the soaked rice and keep it aside.
  • Heat ghee in a pan, throw in cumin seeds and let them crackle.
  • Add methi seeds and fry it for a minute.
  • Add kasuri methi and fry for just 10 seconds.
  • Add grated coconut and roast it on a low flame till it gets a bit brownish in colour.
  • Now add rice and roast it on a low flame for a minute.
