Ingredients

  • 2 cup - cooked Rice
  • 1/2 - coconut, grated
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 5 - garlic, chopped)
  • 4 - red chilli, sliced
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 5 tsp - Ghee
  • 1 tsp - mustard
  • 1 tsp - cumin
  • 1/2 tsp - fennel
  • 5 - Cashew nuts
  • 3 - Clove
  • 1 - Bay Leaf
  • 1 - Cinnamon
  • 10 - Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves to garnish
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Coconut Ghee Rice:

    1. Take a pan, add oil and ghee, splutter mustard, cumin, fennel. Then add cashew nut, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf, onion, garlic, chillies, curry leaves and salt. Fry well.
    2. Now add the grated coconut and coriander leaves. Fry for 1 minute.
    3. Add all the fried ingredients to the rice and mix well.
    4. Garnish with coriander leaves
