How to Make Coconut Ghee Rice

  • Take a pan, add oil and ghee, splutter mustard, cumin, fennel. Then add cashew nut, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf, onion, garlic, chillies, curry leaves and salt. Fry well.
  • Now add the grated coconut and coriander leaves. Fry for 1 minute.
  • Add all the fried ingredients to the rice and mix well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves
