How to Make Coconut Kaju Burfi

  • Make a paste of cashew, milk powder and milk.
  • Take the paste in a pan, add coconut and sugar
  • Keep on a high flame for 2 to 3 mins, then keep on a medium flame.
  • Stir till the moisture is completely absorbed
  • Apply ghee on a plate and pour the mixture and level it
  • Cut into desired shapes when it cools.
