Ingredients

  • 2 cup - Coconut
  • 8 - cashew
  • 2-3 tsp - Milk powder
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 3 tsp - Milk
  • How to Make Coconut Kaju Burfi:

    1. Make a paste of cashew, milk powder and milk.
    2. Take the paste in a pan, add coconut and sugar
    3. Keep on a high flame for 2 to 3 mins, then keep on a medium flame.
    4. Stir till the moisture is completely absorbed
    5. Apply ghee on a plate and pour the mixture and level it
    6. Cut into desired shapes when it cools.
