Ingredients

  • 1 liter Milk
  • 200 g - Cream
  • 1 cup - Coconut Milk
  • 1 small cup - Sugar
  • 3 tbsp - Milk powder
  • 2 drops Coconut essence
  • How to Make Coconut Kulfi:

    1. Heat the milk till it reduces to half its quantity.
    2. Boil for a while and mix sugar till it dissolves. Let it cool.
    3. Then add the coconut milk and milk powder and mix it.
    4. Then add the coconut essence and cream and stir it for 1 minute.
    5. Pour the ice cream mixture in a mould and keep in the deep freezer for setting.
    6. Temperature should be medium.
