Ingredients

  • 1 liter milk
  • 200 g - cream
  • 1 cup - coconut milk
  • 1 small cup - sugar
  • 3 tbsp - milk powder
  • 2 drops coconut essence

How to Make Coconut Kulfi

  • Heat the milk till it reduces to half its quantity.
  • Boil for a while and mix sugar till it dissolves. Let it cool.
  • Then add the coconut milk and milk powder and mix it.
  • Then add the coconut essence and cream and stir it for 1 minute.
  • Pour the ice cream mixture in a mould and keep in the deep freezer for setting.
  • Temperature should be medium.
