Ingredients

  • Rava - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Coconut milk - 3 cups
  • A few - raisins
  • Cashewnut - a few
  • Ghee - 2 tbsp

How to Make Coconut Milk Kesari

  • Fry the raisins and cashew nuts in ghee. Keep aside. Fry rava in a non- stick pan and add coconut milk and sugar
  • Keep stirring till the mixture starts leaving the pan
  • Spread it evenly in a well greased plate.
  • Cut into desired shapes
  • Instead of sugar use jaggery
