How to Make

  • Grind ginger, garlic, red chillies with curd into paste.
  • Add oil and ghee in a large pan and saute onions till light brown.
  • Add tomatoes and the paste and saute well till oil separates from the gravy.
  • Add coconut milk and bring to boil.
  • Add rice and salt and cook in low flame till done.
  • Fry cashew nuts and add to rice.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with onion raita.
