Heat oil and temper mustard seeds, asafoetida, black gram dal, red chillies and black pepper.
Add beans and other vegetables and turmeric powder, sambar powder, salt and enough water to cook the vegetables.
When the vegetables are cooked, add cooked red gram dal.
Mix and boil well
Pour coconut milk and boil for 2 mins.
Garnish with curry leaves and coriander leaves.
