Ingredients

  • 1 cup - fresh Coconut
  • 1/2 cup - besan
  • 1 Onion - chopped finely
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - chopped Green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp -cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - amchur powder
  • Oil to fry.
  • How to Make Coconut Pakoda:

    1. Mix all ingredients with 1 tbsp oil and add a small amount of water to make a stiff dough.
    2. Make small balls and flatten them. Deep fry till golden brown.
    3. Serve with tomato ketchup.
