Ingredients

  • 2 cup - desiccated Coconut
  • 2 cup - Sugar
  • 1 - Potato
  • 2 tsp - Milk powder
  • 1 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • How to Make Coconut Potato Burfi:

    1. Mix desiccated coconut and sugar up to 12 hours.
    2. Next day boil the potato, mash it and add it to the above mix.
    3. Heat the mix on a very low flame.
    4. After 10-15 mins add the milk powder and cardamom powder.
    5. When it forms like a ball, put the mix on a greased plate.
    6. Cut into diamond shape and decorate with raisins.
