  • 3 - Coconuts, scraped
  • 500 g - Rava
  • 500 g - Sugar
  • 12 - Eggs
  • 200 g - Butter
  • Vanilla or cardamoms, optional
  • Baking Pan

How to Make Coconut Rava Cake

  • Take a bowl, add the butter, sugar and eggs. Beat the mixture till everything is mixed and the sugar melts.
  • After that, add the scraped coconut and the rawa. Beat it till it is well mixed.
  • Add the vanilla or cardamoms to and mix well.
  • Grease a baking pan with ghee, add the mixture and bake till golden brown on moderate heat.
  • Let it cool, then serve.
