How to Make Coconut Sesame Gravy

  • Wash and cube the mangoes and pineapple and cook with salt and water for about 3-4 mins, drain and keep aside.
  • Dry roast sesame seeds, red chillies, coconut, paprika and enough water to a smooth paste and add the masala to the cooked mangoes and boil well.
  • Add the tamarind paste, jaggery, salt and mix well.
  • Heat oil and temper with mustard seeds, curry leaves and hing.
  • Pour over curry and serve.
