How to Make Coconut Spout Ice Cream

  • Add gelatine in 1/4 cup warm milk.
  • Keep aside till it dissolves.
  • Add sugar to the rest of the milk.
  • Beat egg white till fluffy.
  • Mix all the ingredients except the tender coconut together.
  • Put tender coconut in a glass dish.
  • Pour the mixture over the coconut.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours.
