  • Butter or Ghee - 2 ounces
  • Egg - 1
  • Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp.
  • Coconut - 50 g
  • Sugar - 2 ounces
  • Bread slices - as needed
  • How to Make Coconut Toast:

    1. Melt butter. Add coconut and sugar and cook a little.
    2. Add beaten egg with vanilla essence after removing from fire. Stir till thick.
    3. Spread the mixture on bread slices
    4. Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes in a greasy tray till brown.
