  • 3 tsp - vanilla custard powder
  • 1/2 litre - milk
  • 4 tbsp - sugar
  • 3 tsp - instant coffee powder
  • 2 tbsp - condensed milk or milk or cream
  • 25g - butter

How to Make Coffee Custard

  • Blend custard powder with a little milk.
  • Stir the creamed mixture into the rest of the milk. Heat while stirring till the custard boils.
  • Boil for 3 minutes. Add sugar.
  • Beat instant coffee powder smoothly into the condensed milk.
  • Add to the custard.
  • Stir well. Add butter.
  • Pour into individual bowls.
  • Chill and serve.
