Ingredients

  • 500 g - Icing sugar
  • 1 cup - Water
  • 3 tbsp - Butter
  • 1 tbsp -Instant coffee
  • 1 - Cake.

How to Make Coffee Icing

  • Sieve the icing sugar and gradually add the butter.
  • Mix until thick and coats the back of the spoon.
  • Do not beat the mixture.
  • Now add the instant coffee and mix well.
  • Spread it on the cake with a spatula and keep aside to dry.
