  • 4 tbsp - Sugar
  • 4 cups - water
  • 4 tbsp - coffee
  • To decorate:
  • 4 tbsp - cream, grated chocolate

How to Make Coffee Jelly

  • Put the containers to chill.
  • Melt the sugar in 1 cup of water and bring it to a boil.
  • Sprinkle the gelatine over the boiling water and remove from the heat. Stir until the gelatine has dissolved.
  • Stir well and pour into bowls. Chill.
  • Decorate with double cream and, if you like, with grated chocolate.
