Ingredients

  • For ice cubes:
  • 200 ml - water
  • 1/4 cup - strong coffee liqueur
  • 1/4 cup - Sugar
  • For Milk shake:
  • 3/4 cup - strong coffee decoction
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • 1 litre - chilled whole Milk

How to Make Coffee Milk Shake with Coffee Cubes

  • For ice cubes:
  • Boil and cool water to room temperature
  • Warm liqueur, add sugar and stir or toss till blended.
  • Mix water and blend well.
  • Pour into ice cube trays, to chill.
  • Allow cubes to set.
  • For milk shake:
  • Blend warm decoction and sugar till fully dissolved.
  • Add milk and blend till frothy.
  • To serve:
  • Place a few coffee cubes at bottom of tall glass.
  • Pour frothing milk over it.
  • Sprinkle a dash of cocoa powder over top, if desired.
  • Serve chilled.
