Ingredients

  • Tea Bags 1 per cup of tea Sugar per cup
  • 1 tbsp 2 cup water
  • 2 cup milk
  • 2 cup Tapioca Pearls
  • Ice Cubes
  • Straws
  • Cocktail Shaker

How to Make Cold Bubble Tea

  • Prepare black tea with tea bags and sugar.
  • Chill the tea in the fridge for 45 mins.
  • Boil water. Add tapioca pearls. Stir continuously so that the pearls do not stick to the bottom of the pan. Boil for 20 mins. Now allow it to cool for another 20 mins.
  • Occasionally stir while allowing the pearls to cool.
  • Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water, till you see the pearls separately.
  • Divide the pearls into equal portions into the cups.
  • Take 1 part cold black tea and 1 part cold milk with some ice into the cocktail shaker.
  • Give it a good shake so that everything gets mixed up very well. Add to the pearls.
