Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - colossi
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp - gram flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying

How to Make Colocasia Fry

  • Boil bite size pieces of colossi in sufficient water till it becomes soft.
  • Mix all the other ingredients (except oil) with the boiled colossi
  • Heat oil in a suitable pan and deep fry a few at a time till they turn golden brown.
  • Serve as a side dish.
