  • 1/2 kg - colossi
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp - gram flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying
  • How to Make Colocasia Fry:

    1. Boil bite size pieces of colossi in sufficient water till it becomes soft.
    2. Mix all the other ingredients (except oil) with the boiled colossi
    3. Heat oil in a suitable pan and deep fry a few at a time till they turn golden brown.
    4. Serve as a side dish.
