Ingredients

  • 2 tsp - jelly crystals (lemon or pineapple)
  • 3 tbsp - water boiling hot
  • 1 tsp - Cabbage finely shredded
  • 1 tbsp - shell macaroni boiled
  • 1 small Carrot grated
  • 1/2 tsp - Sugar
  • 2 tsp - vanilla ice Cream
  • How to Make Colourful Jelly Cup:

    1. Mix jelly crystals and sugar in water till dissolved.
    2. Set in a bowl, till semi solid. Break with a fork.
    3. Mix with all other ingredients, except icecream.
    4. Set in either individual rinsed mould or individual serving transparent bowls.
    5. Place in refrigerator till set.
    6. Chill , top with icecream blobs and serve.
