  • 2 cups - Dosa batter
  • 1 bunch - Coriander
  • 2 - Carrot
  • 2 - Tomatoes
  • Oil

How to Make Colourful Mini Dosas

  • For green colour, take small quantity of batter and grind it with coriander.
  • For orange colour, take small quantity of batter and grind it with tomato.
  • For light yellow/sandal colour, cook carrot and then grind with batter.
  • When ready, make small spongy dosas.
  • Serve hot.
