Ingredients

  • 1 cup - penne Pasta
  • 1 tsp - red bell pepper
  • 1 tsp - green bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Broccoli
  • 1 tbsp - boiled Corn kernels
  • 1 tsp - dried Oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp - Olive oil
  • 2 tsp - Lemon Juice

How to Make Colourful Pasta Salad

  • Cook penne pasta in boiling water, drain excess water and pat-dry.
  • Finely chop red and green bell pepper and take them to a salad bowl.
  • Add cooked pasta and rest of all ingredients.
  • Give a quick toss after adding lemon juice before serving.
