Ingredients

  • Green Grapes - A handful
  • 1 - yellow Capsicum (medium)
  • 2 - cucumbers, medium
  • 2 - tomato, medium
  • Rock Salt to taste (about 1/4 tsp)

How to Make Colourful Summer Salad

  • Dice tomatoes, yellow capsicum and cucumber.
  • Halve green grapes or leave them as they are if you prefer.
  • Mix all ingredients, including rock salt and serve.
