  • 3 cups - dosa batter
  • 1/2 cup - chopped Onion
  • 1/2 cup - chopped Tomato
  • 1/2 cup - grated Paneer
  • 1 cup - Corn
  • 1/2 cup - chopped Capsicum
  • 1 cup - idli chilli powder

How to Make Colourful Uthappam

  • Spread the dosa batter on the dosa tawa.
  • Spread equal quantities of the finely chopped vegetables on the dosa.
  • Sprinkle the idli chilli powder on top. Serve hot.
