Ingredients

  • 1 loaf - large sliced sandwich bread
  • 500gm - boiled, mashed Potatoes
  • 100gm - fresh Green peas
  • 50gm - chopped Onions
  • 1 - Green chilli
  • 100 gm - fresh cheese
  • 10g Tomato paste
  • 10g - salt
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp - red paprika
  • 2 tsp - black pepper
  • Fresh Coriander leaves
  • Vegetable oil for deep frying
  • How to Make Continental Bread rolls:

    1. Trim the edges of the loaf.
    2. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.
    3. Wet one bread slice with water and press to remove excess water.
    4. Put a spoonful of filling into the centre of bread slice, fold the bread in the shape of a roll.
    5. Deep fry these rolls until they are golden and crisp.
    6. Serve warm with a spicy chutney or tomato sauce.
