Ingredients

  • 1 - Egg
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 1/4 cup - Butter
  • 1 cup - Maida (plain flour), sifted
  • 1/2 cup - Walnuts
  • 1 tsp - baking powder
  • 1 cup - peeled and chopped apples
  • 1 tsp - Cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tsp - salt
  • How to Make Continental Egg Pudding:

    1. Beat sugar and butter well till sugar melts.
    2. Add egg and beat lightly.
    3. Add maida, apples, baking powder, salt.
    4. Mix well and add walnuts and mix it again.
    5. Pour in a baking dish (9" pie plate).
    6. Sprinkle the cinnamon powder all over.
    7. Bake at 350 degrees F degrees for 40 minutes at moderate temperature.
    8. Serve with ice creams or whipped cream.
