How to Make Cookies

  • Dry grind badam and cardamom in a mixer.
  • Take a big bowl, put all the above ingredients and mix well. Add badam and cardamom powder and mix well.
  • Then, little by little, add dalda.
  • Knead it well till smooth, flatten it and arrange it in an oven tray.
  • Microwave for 15-20 mins in the convection method at 200 degrees F.
