  • 2 - green skinned tender cucumbers
  • 1 tsp - green all-purpose chutney
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Cool Cucumber Slices

  • Chill cucumbers so they are crisp to cut. Slice each either into long wedges or flat long strips.
  • Sprinkle each with a little sea salt and a dash of lemon juice.
  • Apply a thin layer of green chutney.
  • Serve fresh and chilled, as a great very low-cal snack, anytime.
