Ingredients

  • 20 sprigs - coriander
  • 1 handful - fresh Mint leaves
  • 1 cup - yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp - roasted cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp - chaat masala
  • Green chilli - 2
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Coriander and Mint Raita:

    1. Grind coriander, mint leaves and green chilli into a paste with a couple of spoons of yogurt.
    2. Add the paste to the well-beaten yogurt.
    3. Finally add the roasted cumin powder, chaat masala and salt. Mix well and serve.
