Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp - fresh grated Coconut or desiccated Coconut
  • 1 small bunch - fresh Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 - Green chilli
  • 1/2 tsp - grated Ginger
  • 1 tsp - Lemon juice
  • How to Make Coriander Chutney Dip:

    1. Grind all the above ingredients together with a little water in a blender till smooth.
    2. Add a little more water if a thinner consistency is required.
