Ingredients

  • Bread - 6 slices
  • 1 cup - Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 cup - Coconut
  • 2-3 - Green chillies
  • Ginger, skinned and cut into small pieces
  • Tomatoes, sliced
  • Potatoes, boiled, skinned and sliced
  • Cucumber, skinned and sliced
  • Ranch dressing
  • Salt
  • How to Make Coriander Coconut Chutney Sandwich:

    1. Grind the coconut, coriander, green chillies, ginger and salt together.
    2. Take the bread, apply some butter, some cheese (optional).
    3. Now, apply the chutney on the bread slices.
    4. Arrange the vegetables on the slices and spread the ranch dressing on it.
