Ingredients

  • 1 cup - coriander powder
  • 1/2 cup - pepper
  • 1/2 cup - black Jaggery
  • 1/2 cup - Cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp - ajwain
  • 4 pieces - dry Ginger

How to Make Coriander Drink

  • Fry all the ingredients, grind and powder and keep it in air tight container.
  • Boil black jaggery in water and add 1 tsp powder and stir for a while and cool it for few minutes
  • Filter it and mix with milk and make a drink.
