Ingredients

  • 500 gm - Coriander leaves
  • 50 gm - Spinach leaves
  • 1 tsp - roasted sesame
  • 1 tbsp - grated fresh Coconut
  • 1 tbsp - roasted Khus Khus
  • 100 gm - besan flour
  • Salt - as per taste
  • 100 gm - bread crumbs
  • Oil -2 tbsp

How to Make Coriander Fingers

  • Take a bowl, mix all the ingredients except bread crumbs. Heat oil in the pan. Make finger shaped rolls of the coriander mixture.
  • Roll it over the bread crumbs and deep fry it.
  • Enjoy with chutney or ketchup.
