Ingredients

  • 500 g - fish
  • 200 g - fresh Coriander leaves
  • 5 - Green chillies
  • 25 g - Ginger
  • 4 - Tomatoes
  • 4 Cloves - Garlic
  • 2 - onions, chopped fine
  • 4 pieces - cinnamon, slightly crushed
  • 4 - cloves, slightly crushed
  • 5 tsp - oil
  • 1 pinch - Turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • How to Make Coriander Fish:

    1. Fry the fish, sprinkled with salt and turmeric powder, for a while.
    2. Grind coriander, garlic, ginger, tomato and chillies into a paste.
    3. In a kadai, heat 4-5 tsp oil, add onion, cinnamon and cloves.
    4. Add ground paste and fry well.
    5. Add 1.5 cups of water and salt to taste. Stir for 2 mins
    6. Now add the fish and cook covered for another 5 mins serve hot
