How to Make Coriander Jeera Rasam

  • Grind together coconut, coriander seeds, cumin, coriander leaves and red chillies with little water.
  • Dilute the masala and boil. Add tamarind paste, jaggery and boil for another 4-5 mins.
  • Heat ghee, temper mustard seeds, hing and curry leaves.
