Ingredients

  • Basmati rice-1 cup
  • Coriander Leaves-1/2 bunch
  • Jeera-1 tsp
  • Ghee-2 tsp
  • Oil-1 tsp
  • Salt-to taste
  • How to Make Coriander Jeera Rice :

    1. Soak basmati rice in water for 20 minutes. Clean the coriander leaves and chop them.
    2. In a pressure cooker, add oil, ghee and jeera. Now add soaked rice, water and salt.
    3. Add chopped coriander and cook well, till 3 whistles. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with any gravy.
