Ingredients

  • 4 cups - Spinach (palak), finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup - Cooked sweet Corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup - Skimmed Milk curds, beaten until smooth
  • 1/2 cup - Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp - Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp - Ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp - Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp - Oil
  • How to Make Corn and Spinach:

    1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and saute the onion, garlic and ginger until pink
    2. Add the chilli, turmeric and the garam masala powders with 2 tbsp of water and fry for 1 min
    3. Now add the spinach and salt
    4. Cover and cook on a low heat till the spinach gets cooked
    5. Add the corn kernels and curd
    6. Simmer till it thickens.
