Ingredients

  • 4 - burger buns
  • 150 g - American Corn
  • white sauce, salt and pepper
  • grated processed cheese
  • salsa sauce
  • To Make White Sauce:
  • 2.5 tbsp - flour
  • 2 tbsp - Butter
  • 2.5 cups - Milk

How to Make Corn Baskets

  • To make white sauce:
  • Cook the flour and butter for 1 min on a slow flame and add the milk slowly stirring continuously so that no lumps are formed.
  • Add salt and pepper to the sauce.
  • The white sauce is ready.
  • Mix the boiled corn in the sauce.
  • Take the burger buns and slice them into two pieces.
  • Scoop out a little bit of bread from the centre and fill in the corn, cheese and sauce.
